The Rasul is a cleansing ceremony in an oriental steam bath, during which you apply healing clays of various consistencies to your body.
The first burst of steam begins the gradual warming of the room, combined with an increase in humidity. The clays lightly dry on the skin and become creamy again as the humidity rises—creating a pleasant tingling sensation on the skin.
A warm rain of droplets is then used to rinse off the healing clays. The Rasul promotes blood circulation in the skin, firms the tissue, and stimulates metabolism.
