Just a few kilometers away from the Main metropolis, the 4.5-star residence now offers princely comfort at the highest level since its reopening in May 2017. A special highlight is our spa area in oriental style, two original Turkish hamams find their place here. In the rooms lined with the finest marble, visitors can enjoy traditional bathing culture from 1001 nights!

The 300 square meter spa area is a sensual retreat from everyday life. Especially in frosty temperatures, two saunas invite you to relax, and a steam bath and a vitality pool with a view over the castle park are also part of the relaxation area. Those who wish can also choose between various Rasul treatments or enjoy a hot stone steam bath.

 

Wellness guidelines

Dear spa guests, please adhere to the following guidelines throughout the spa, sauna and fitness area:

  • a maximum of 20 people are allowed in the entire SPA area
  • Mouth and nose coverings must be worn in the access area and in the hallways, including the locker rooms.
  • Please observe the general cough and sneeze etiquette.

 

Saunas:

  • a distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained in the sauna cabins
  • lease use a towel as a base in the sauna
  • Infusions take place without infusion distribution "wagging"
  • Steam baths remain closed for the moment
  • 90 degree sauna maximum 4 persons
  • Bio sauna 60 degrees maximum 6 persons

 

Locker Rooms:

  • The use of hair dryers is not allowed. The dryer brought by guests themselves may not be used.
  • Do not change clothes in the locker rooms in parallel if you do not belong together.
  • The resting couches must also have a distance of 1.5 meters from a stranger. Visitors who belong together may lie next to each other.
  • Please use a towel as a support for the couches.  

 

Fitness:

  • Visit the fitness room only with appropriate sportswear and sneakers.
  • A maximum of 3 people are allowed in the room.
  • Disinfect the fitness equipment after each use.

 

Pool:

  • shower before using the pool
  • A maximum of 2 people are allowed in the pool itself at the same time.

 

Appointment information

Dear wellness guests,

 

we kindly ask you to book the desired treatments in good time, i.e. in writing by e-mail, by telephone on +49 6093 99 33 20 or directly when making your room reservation. The scheduling of the wellness treatments is done by the spa staff. Of course, we are happy to accept appointment requests and try to make them possible depending on free capacities.on site we may not be able to offer free appointments. Applications take place Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm. Cancellations or changes are only possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment.

 

Opening hours spa area:

  • Spa & pool area for hotel guests from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
  • Day Spa stay from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm
  • Sauna area from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm
  • Fitness area from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm
  • Treatments such as massages, beauty & hammam bookable from Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm.
  • Ayurvedic treatments bookable from Thursday to Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Fitness area

A relaxed workout in our newly designed fitness room invites you to train individually with the latest equipment from Technogym.

 

  • Treadmill - JOG Forma: is easy to use and safe, so you can perform a comprehensive cardiovascular workout and achieve various training goals, such as weight loss and body toning. Suitable for beginners or beginners.
     
  • Weight bench: Perfect also as an abdominal & back trainer and for example for push-ups and bench presses. The compact weight station offers an extremely varied workout ideal for biceps, triceps, chest, back and leg muscles.
     
  • Crosstrainer - Synchro Forma: The rear-mounted flywheel mass allows for a smooth, low-impact motion.
     
  • Fitness bike - Bike Forma: The exercise bike improves endurance and strengthens the leg and buttock muscles.
     
  • Gym ball: ideal for strengthening the back muscles
     
  • Treadmill, cross trainer and bicycle have an integrated heart rate monitor for individual cardiovascular training.
     
  • If you prefer to practice yoga, stretching or relaxation gymnastics, our fitness area offers enough space for your exercises.
